Alertive was launched in 2020 in Derby, UK. Adaptability shaped our approach from the outset as we developed software for fast-moving healthcare environments, enabling communication across different devices, teams and hospitals.
We saw a sector that was underserved by technology. Life-saving work being slowed down by fragmented pathways, and systems acting like barriers instead of enablers while NHS staff were left unsupported. Alertive brought a fresh, people-first perspective to these challenges, building meaningful partnerships with the workforce to design technology around frontline teams.
Not weighed down by legacy thinking or ‘the way things have always been done’, we focused on creating seamless integrations with backend systems that supported real clinical workflows and better coordination for our users.
Now, Alertive has grown into a workforce orchestration platform that brings people, information and priorities together, giving healthcare teams the clarity they need to work as one. Built by an experienced team with a shared commitment to improving care delivery, we continue to grow every day to do more for the people we serve.
