Yes. Our system includes a comprehensive and flexible integration engine.
Alertive is designed to be used by organisations across various departments and can be used across multiple locations to provide a centralised system to facilitate communication and coordination during critical incidents or emergencies.
Urgent/critical notifications will make a loud sound and break your lock screen. Alertive will obey your phone settings for all other non-urgent notifications.
Mobile phone focus modes are a great way to fine-tune how your apps should behave whilst at work. You can, for example, set your personal apps to silent when in work mode and set up that your Alertive app will still make a noise so that you don’t miss anything.

The Alertive app has a few features to help you keep a clean and prioritised list of things you’re working through.
First of all, it is really worthwhile using roles for responsibilities that you share with a colleague or only perform occasionally. This will separate all comms relating to that responsibility, so you can hand jobs over and not be part of group conversations whilst they’re not relevant to you. If you do not have the right roles, please contact your digital team to create them. This is a quick and easy thing to do.
Aside from that, the following tips and tricks will help keep a tidy inbox. Use multi-select if you need to leave or end multiple conversations (Please note that you will need to select conversations of the same type to access an action for all of them. For example, if you pick a conversation that you created which has another admin and a group chat you’ve been added to, you can leave both of these but only end one of them. Therefore only the ‘leave option’ would be available against this multi-selection.)
Swipe right or long press on a conversation to mark it as unread, pin it to the top of your list or flag it. Swipe left to leave or end an individual conversation.
Use the tabs at the top of your conversation list to switch between alerts, conversations & tasks. You can also activate the filter in the bottom left-hand corner of your conversation list screen to apply specific filters and toggle these on and off at the tap of a button.
The application has a comprehensive contacts directory that can be used to search users by Name, Role or Group.
You can favourite roles, users or groups you contact frequently, which will appear in your favourites. People you have spoken to recently will appear in your recent section.
To relinquish your role, for iOS users, swipe from right to left on the selected role name you wish to relinquish. You will have the option to ‘Give’ or ‘Relinquish’ - select ‘Relinquish’. The role will become unoccupied and will show as ‘Empty’. For Android users, click the three dots on the right and select ‘Relinquish’.
