Hear it from our team.

Tom
Customer Services Manager

"The people are a big factor, everyone genuinely gets on and the leadership team genuinely seem invested in the development of the employees.
We are a team who will all pitch in to help in times of need where at other places I've known people to simply say "that's not my area" and walk away. At Alertive, even the CEO rolls up his sleeves and helps code."

Paul
Head of Operations

"At Alertive I can have more of a voice than in a larger organisation. I also like the vision of what the future looks like; the ambition and potential of the new products that are being developed are very exciting and is something that I want to be involved in."

Poppy
Customer Success Manager

"From day one, the Alertive team have been so welcoming and energetic. Coming in as a brand new role for the company, I’ve felt completely supported and empowered to make the role my own. It’s been so rewarding to have a real voice in the decision making, especially within a company that is evolving and growing so quickly."

Tim
Head of Pre-Sales

"I'm trusted & feel I can make a difference. I like the culture and my colleagues. My role is challenging but rewarding. I believe our tech can make a positive change - it's well received. The rate of change is at a pace I like. Sensible work life balance. "

Karla
Research Analyst

"I started my journey with Alertive as an intern and the role developed into a full-time position. One thing that stood out to me is that even though I am new to the company, I am able to make significant contributions to the way the company works as my colleagues are very open to hearing my opinions and suggestions.”
