Digital Press Kit
About AlertiveIn this section we have included marketing text describing our company and the application. This text can be used in internal mailers and communications that reference Alertive.
Company Information
Alertive helps healthcare and emergency response workers use their time effectively by highlighting critical communications, clinical priorities, patient developments and related updates.
Information about the Application
Developed in partnership with our NHS Trust customers, Alertive is the ultimate communication application helping clinicians deliver better and faster patient outcomes. Our integrated communication and workflow product provides value to Trusts through our four key pillars: critical alerting, clinical messaging, clinical tasks and priorities and event monitoring.
Key Features
Critical Alerting
Put an end to confusion, wasted time and unanswered bleeps through dated paging systems. Receive simple clear instructions or questions direct to your phone or tablet, with the ability to acknowledge and respond, as well as hunt for relevant team members to divert or escalate alerts and tasks.
Clinical Messaging
Speed up clinical decision making and save 17% of your junior doctor’s time through direct, secure two-way conversations. All patient related communications can also be attached automatically to patient records, and all this data is stored in a secure auditable archive.
Clinical Tasks and Priorities
Find better ways to manage spikes in activity and challenging workload, by prioritising and allocating tasks more efficiently to colleagues who are available and able to help. Our integration capabilities also make it easy to capture and share patient details, set requirements and deadlines, as well as facilitate digital handovers for continuity of care.
Event Monitoring
Receive real-time updates on changes in patient status, as well as recently released test results using Alertive’s API and Bot frameworks. Alertive’s workflow product also powers other capabilities, such as transcribing conversations or test results to other clinical systems (EPR or EDMS) and creating process automation.
Branding AssetsWe have included downloadable logos in this section, that can be incorporated into communication materials, with information on how to use our logo in a manner that preserves our branding integrity.
Logo
The Alertive horizontal and stacked logos need space around them to ensure they stay clear and impactful, which also prevents other graphic elements from interfering with the logo’s integrity.
Exclusion Zone
The exclusion zone around the logos should be the height of the logo’s text and no graphic device or text should enter into the isolation area.
How to use our logo
When placing the logo at the top left of a page, we use the horizontal logo and when placing it at the centre, we use the stacked one. The dark text logo is used for light backgrounds or images, while the light version is used when the background is dark. When placing the logo on top of photos or images, try to have an area of clear colour behind the logo to avoid overlap and confusion.
How not to use our logo
Our logo must always be used with the correct exclusion zone, colours, size and proportions and cannot be altered in any way. If placing the logo over colours and photographs, please make sure it is still clear and impactful. The logotype (the word ‘Alertive’) and the Alertive icon should be treated together as one logo, so please do not alter these components or attempt to size them individually.
Product PhotosWe have put together downloadable screenshots of key features of our application, that can be used to familiarise users with the application interface. The screenshots are from both Apple and Android devices.
