HETT Unexpected Innovation Awards 2022

We are incredibly proud to be finalists for the HETT Awards for ‘That will never work Award’ – Most Creative and Disruptive Solution category for implementing Alertive within The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAH). 

Alertive works in collaboration with all of our partner Trusts; these collaborations have effectively utilised Alertive’s clinical communication product to improve communication and allow faster and easier access to information. We are pleased to see how we collaborate with our Trusts makes us a stand-out supplier within the healthcare sector.

Troubleshooting and real-time support

A team that goes beyond expectations to ensure that our partners are well supported and successful with their deployments, developing solid relationships with stakeholders by engaging in discussions and regular site visits.

Engagement programmes to drive adoption

We conduct regular user forums where users from different Trusts can get together to ask questions and share advice and feedback. Engaging with stakeholders in this way has allowed for the organic creation of ‘’superuser’’ groups within partner Trusts – these users then help educate and onboard staff within their departments.

Recognition of user feedback and incorporation into the product

Stakeholders are regularly updated on our plans and are encouraged to make suggestions taken into consideration when designing our product roadmap. Trusts can also be given early access to new designs so they are always informed about what we are working on and how we will continue to help them improve their clinical communication.
