Getting Set Up
- Alertive available to download within the iOS App Store and Google Play Store
- Install on mobile device and select ‘Get Started’
- Follow onboarding screens, clicking ‘Continue’ for each
- Allow critical notifications for emergency alerts
- Choose a unique 4-digit passcode for the app
- Optionally enable biometrics for faster and secure authentication
- Login with Organisation ID, provided by the Organisation
- Enter Trust email address and password for sign-in
- Optionally enable ‘fast sign-in’ with PIN or biometrics for personal devices
- After signing in, access accounts screen for user inbox and assigned roles
