  • Easily identify contents in your inbox through the colours and iconography against conversations, tasks and alerts
  • See if a conversation is unread, marked by a blue dot or unresponded to
  • Use tabs at the top of your inbox to narrow down the list to specific categories
  • Apply filters with the filter icon in the tab bar for more specific sorting
  • Pin important conversations to the top or flag items for later attention
  • Keep work related to a specific role in that role’s inbox for easy handover to colleagues
  • Pull down the screen to use the search bar at any time
  • Use multi-select to perform actions (mark as read, unread, delete) on multiple items in the worklist
