Starting Your Shift
- Sign in to Alertive using Trust credentials at the start of the shift
- Enable ‘fast sign in’ for quick access on personal devices with PIN or biometrics
- Option to fully sign out, prompting the next user to enter their login details
- After logging in, access the accounts screen to view personal inbox and roles
- Acquire roles at the beginning of the shift for easy contact and handover
- Sign out through the sign-out icon on the Accounts screen
- Choose to keep or relinquish roles when signing out
- Signing out leads to fast sign in screen with no notifications or Organisation ID screen if fast sign-in is disabled
